On any of the Hatching time incubators, simply hold the H button until the screen flashes the humidity and use the up and down arrows to change it.
Press and hold the H again until it stops flashing to set it.

On all CT and HB models, press and hold the T until the temp flashes.

Use the up and down arrows to change it.

Press the T and hold it until it stops flashing.

Turn off the machine.

Open the back door and insure the fan is clear of debris and the blades turn freely.

Turn machine back on and make sure the fan turns.

The smell can be caused by lack of air movement on the heating coil.

This actually has several answers.

Make sure there is clean water in the top bucket.

The tube should be clean and not too long to be looped before the lower tank

Make sure the lower tank is clean of mineral build up and has a cover.

The mister must be under water and you may need to tilt the tank a bit to achieve this. The mister should be flat on the bottom of the tank.

IF it still isn’t working, the mister has a spring in it and a gentle tap on a table can reset the spring.

The do wear out and I encourage spares on hand.

On the back of the electronic unit, next to the rocker switch, you will see a rectangular outline. Push on that hard and it will pop out.

I will tell you what I do.

I move the unit outside or near my barn doors. I open it up and use my leaf blower to remove the dander and dust. This is generally good enough for the fan on a regular basis.

I use a damp rag to wash the top by the electronics.

I use a broom on the fan to loosen more dust and then blow it out again.

The inside sensor I use a shop vac to remove dust.

The interior sides and bottom, I use a pressure washer.

The outside sides and front, I use a pressure washer.

Keep water away from the electronics.

To deep clean the fan, remove the cover and wipe the blades. Ensure the blades turn freely.
