Button Quail Chicks are very active
-
Our Button Quail chicks are shipped at approximately 3–4 weeks of age. They are fully feathered, off supplemental heat, and ready to transition to their new home.
-
No. Chicks are shipped unsexed because Button Quail cannot be reliably sexed at this age.
-
We ship via USPS Express Mail on Mondays and Tuesdays to help avoid weekend delays.
-
The health of our birds comes first. We may delay shipments during periods of excessive heat or cold to reduce the risk of shipping losses.
-
Button Quail require a high-protein game bird starter feed. Fresh water should always be available.
We offer a custom feed for buttons, available on subscription to always be available.
-
Button Quail are social birds and should never be kept alone. We recommend purchasing at least a small group.
-
No. Button Quail should be housed separately from larger poultry to prevent injury.
-
Yes. They are small, entertaining birds that do well in aviaries and indoor enclosures when provided proper care.
-
We do not separate by color, instead we enjoy the variety that is created. Feel free to make any notes at checkout on your preferences and while I cannot guarantee I will have them available, I will make my best effort.
