Our hatching eggs are shipped as soon after lay as possible. We hatch regularly to insure great fertility. Extra eggs may be shipped with your order. We package each egg with care in our own EGGFOAM and double box most orders. We cannot be responsible for USPS handling and should they get too rambunctious, we will assist in an insurance claim but we will not refund for unhatched eggs. We also cannot control incubation temps, humidity and their outcomes. Therefore, I cannot guarantee hatch rates. I will however offer every advice to help you hatch.

Hatching eggs will be shipping in order the invoices are received. IF time is of the essence, please see current ships times below. Refunds will not be given for delays due to hen’s laying.

If you change your mind on an order, I understand that things happen in life. I will be happy to help and send a refund, less the credit card charge or $10 whichever is more.

Birds are all shipped USPS Prioity EXPRESS. This is the only legal way to ship birds. I will follow all USPS guidelines and use approved shipping boxes. Should the unthinkable happen, I will assist in a USPS insurance claim. I cannot be responsible for USPS handling, delays or damage. Orders will be filled in order received. Buyer is responsible to let seller know within 3 hours of delivery of any issues.
