Button Quail vs Coturnix Quail
Button quail are not miniature Coturnix quail. Although both are called quail, they are different species with different care requirements, housing needs, and purposes.

We created a small button quail feeder that is the perfect size for up to 10 chicks. The button quail waterer is small enough they cannot drown themselves but large enough to grow with them. The waterer is a base and requires a regular mouth jar- not included. A net is always necessary because when they get loose, and they will! the net will extend to gently scoop them from high or low places. Nets are random colors of purple, yellow, blue, orange and red. The button starter feed is perfectly balanced for those fast metabolisms which makes them so fun to watch!
